美式煎餅(1人份三片)
材料:
牛奶50cc
中筋麵粉20克
雞蛋ㄧ個
糖少許
鹽少許

工具:

打蛋器、磅秤、平底鍋

市面上有做好的美式煎餅粉,但是ㄧ盒只能做個幾份。所以我這裡用老美的土方法做,用Self  rising flour (中筋麵粉)製作。

將麵粉、雞蛋、牛奶放入碗內

用打蛋器均勻打散至起泡

平底鍋開中小火,倒入麵粉糊,煎至成型

起鍋裝盤,倒入楓糖漿,上面加上切片的奶油小塊,旁邊可加些時令水果。

嗯,的確很簡單,很適合當作一日的早餐,和午茶小點,加點水果陪襯,著實為這道易上手的點心增色加分不少!謝謝喬瓦娜的分享!
